Takes a village to raise a child

So my lil'niece is beautiful, bubbly, and picture challenged. Its not her fault that she is picture challenged it has to do with emotional scars, due to a lengthy family photo session. After that multi-hour family photo session none of us wanted to smile for days. Since then Lil'louise has been rebelling against smiling in pictures. Its not a horrible thing, with a cute face like hers she can get away with out a smile.

But, I need variety so in a quest to give her other options besides smile or no smile. Joseph and I got busy teaching her an age'ole photo face. The "sticky your tongue out photo" I've about perfected it, Joseph does it pretty well himself (all part of his charm). Since Louise was a fast learner and always up for a challege she seemed a perfect canidate for passing on our knowledge. She seemed to be a quick study and before you know it she was doing it all on her own :)

I couldn't be a prouder auntie. She went from a non'smiler in pics, to an awesome "tongue sticker outer" I can't wait to have my own children to teach them all the awesome stuff I have floating around in my head

Amen it takes a villiage. And with a villiage full of cute little butterflies running around like her, you can't help but want to be a part in making sure she's taken care of.

Amen to the Villiage.

Hope Cali is all you wanted it to be :)
