Last year when Joseph and I got married he had promised me if we weren't pregnant by next year (Feb'08) he would buy me a puppy. Well he kept his promise, and now we are proud to introduce to you all - Aaki!
He is a beautiful Chihuahua puppy that has us all excited. We have OFFICIALLY become those people who love there pet like the child they don't have. I am pretty sure I've made fun of people like me. Oh well, I can't help but love this lil'feller. Here is a lil'video to introduce you all to our lil'guy!
Let me know what you think. Or if you have any Puppy advice, send it this way.
Love you all,
P.S. Aaki means Catus Fruit in Yaqui. While in the desert the cactus fruit is the most delicious, sweetest most anticipated thing EVER. Thats exactly what our lil'dog is to us. :) (See I AM one of THOSE people)

how cute!! happy new puppy! my kids want a dog really bad but... i'm not ready to take care of 3 kids and a dog!!
The Dog is an extra kid. But its frustrating because I expect him to potty train in a few days not three years. I guess I should chill out on my expectations. :)
HI!! Isn't blogging great that you can meet up and catch-up on old friends so easily. I did a little jog through your blog. It was fun to get filled in. Sounds like life is good. Your hubby is a cutie. Have fun with the new dog and good luck with the mommy thing. You'll be a awesome one!
What a cutie. Very cool!
cute, cute. Potty training that is my hesitation to dog land I want one already everything trained! You guys all look so cute and happy.
waaaa, cuteness! :D our Cocker Spaniel came potty-trained. well, not really. O did all the training and raising. i met her when she was 5/6 so i'm the step-mom. but i love her like my own. :) even though she's been annoying us lately. :)
Aaki is so cute! Like Cathy, my kids want a dog but I'm not ready for one yet. They loved looking at the video of your dog....that's good enough for now!
Hey Jo, I just left this note to Kaori about how to start digital scrapbooking and I thought I would send the info along to you too, if you're interested:
(Kaori)
Hey, you mentioned wanting to maybe learn how to digital scrapbook. It's sooo fun and just as addicting as blogging (or more so-- so be warned). I started a digital scrapbooking yahoo group to share tips/tricks, completed pages etc. You should join. When you join, an email is sent on how to get started. It really isn't hard to figure out. I bought the software (Photoshop 5.0) on ebay for $35. If you're interested, there is a link to click on in my blog (R column, half way down "join my digital yahoo group"), it will walk you through joining. Good luck!
