So my birthday Celebrations actually started last Saturday while we were together as a family after the funeral. My parents made me a delicious Healthy dinner (Thanks!), Joseph and the boys fried me a Rabbit. (Um, thanks) and I had my very first Princess/Barbie Cake (I heard it was either that a Harley Davidson cake, ha ha)
It was a wonderful kick off to a fantastic year. Then yesterday, on my actually birthday. The only thing I wanted is to spend time with my husband. I know, I know Cheesy huh.
Well I since we moved, he has been so busy with his promotion, that he busy all day at work, then gets home exhausted with stuff he has to work on for his job. The weekends we have been with other things. It has been a big change compared to us in CA, where we did everything together, I even went to work with him a couple days out of the week. I know spoiled right.
With the lil'one on the way I just think our together time is going to be less. So I opted for a day with Joseph. My wish was granted. I got to go to work with him, which I love. Because I get to meet all of his clients and they tell me how great my husband is. Who doesn't like people to tell them how awesome the man they married is. :) Plus, I got see how beautiful the area is where we live. I haven't had time to explore on my own just yet. So to travel around on Joseph sales calls and delivers. Was an eye opener to the versatility and beauty of the desert.
After that I found me a new outfit at Target for.... get this... UNDER $12.00. Yep, there are some crazy sales right now. I got a shirt, earrings (set of three) and Shoes. Get out! I'm the the Bomb Shopper. Then Joseph took me to Buffalo Wings for dinner. We heard that eating spicy food speeds up labor. Ha ! So far nothing new on the Labor Front. OH well. It was a wonderful day, and I had tons of fun with my best buddy ever. :)
Now I am ready for baby gurl to get here. Bring on those Joyful Painful Contractions!

Wow Jolene, You two have had a busy past few months. I haven't been blogging for a bit (two kids take A LOT of time). So I was just reading about your move and Joseph's Baptism, that is soooo great! And now you can look forward to the temple together, there isn't a better place to be in the world than in the temple with your husband! So congratulations! And Happy Birthday, you don't look near 32 years old!!!
Okay, so now non-stop walking and castor oil drinking, and the occasion off roading it, Yosea where are you?!?
