Sometimes I wonder if Wal-mart is worth it.
I know they are suppose to have some of the best deals out there.
But, the store is always over crowded, the service is poor, the selection isn't always up to pare, and the lines are way to long.
I ran into Walmart today to grab a specific piece of fabric, it took me ONE HOUR to get, 6 yards of fabric. That is just to much of my life gone, trying to get a good deal. Right?
I think So.

I used to make the trek to the nearest Wal*Mart (20 mins) thinking it was the only place to find great deals then I checked out the local Target (2-5 mins)and found that I wasn't saving all that much by traveling so far.
I DO make it a point to stop by Wal*Mart if I'm already in the area to check our their clearance fabric and the craft section.
My secret to avoiding the craziness is to go when school is letting out. It seems the most dead at that time.
8 pm is a good time also, and during the day during the week is a good time. Just remember the most busiest times is between 4 pm and 7 pm except at christmas time and then it is always crazy.
Too bad it's really one of very few options in Price- WE NEED MORE VARIETY.
